American singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer Shawn Lee releases his solo album 'Rides Again', the follow-up to his 2005 solo debut 'Harmonium', which was only released in Japan at the time.

Shawn Lee became known to the general public as a member of Young Gun Silver Fox, the band he formed with Andy Platts of Mamas Gun. But long before the success of Young Gun Silver Fox, he earned his spurs in the film and music world as a band member of Jeff Buckley, Jonathan Jeremiah, Kelis and Amy Winehouse and as composer of the soundtrack of various well-known films and TV series.

His solo work has been a long time coming: the first song on the record, 'Wichita', had been sitting on the shelf for 12 years. Earlier this year, Lee decided it was time to finish and release his album. The result? 'Rides Again' features a very personal Americana sound, and he sings autobiographical songs about life.
