The Orange Skyline album includes the singles A Fire, which was used by NOS as the soundtrack for the Olympic skating images in February 2022, Modern Times and Shine On.

Orange Skyline consists of brothers Stefan (singer) and Niels (guitarist) van der Wielen, drummer Mart Atema and bassist Simon 'Benus' Christiaanse. In 2017 Orange Skyline released their debut Things That I Hide. The quartet recorded Orange Skyline with producer JB Meijers in the Wisseloord Studios in Hilversum. Previously Orange Skyline released the singles Shine On, Keep It Together, Sunny Days, A Fire and Modern Times.

They themselves consider the album Orange Skyline to be a European record. Orange Skyline: “We see ourselves as a European rock-'n-roll band and take our cue from classic European rock-'n-roll bands like The Who, The Stones and Oasis. The artwork for Orange Skyline is therefore an aerial photograph of Europe by night, with the 'cultural triangle' Amsterdam - London - Paris, which we like to be inspired by.”

Orange Skyline will be released on vinyl, but not on CD. The album cover does contain a CD, says Stefan. “To give motorists something for on the road. So whoever wants to buy a CD, will get a very large cover around it!”
