The Angels Of Libra is a 10-piece soul band from Hamburg with a great affinity for analogue recording techniques, soul revue concepts from the 60s and film music reminiscent of Ennio Morricone, Khruangbin & Air. Maiiah is a soul, R&B singer from Hamburg with a fantastic voice that perfectly matches the feeling of the "Angels of Libra'", together they made one of the most striking soul records of 2023.
"Maiiah & The Angels of Libra" have already released four singles together: "No No No (I'm So Broke)", "Sunshine", "Obey" and the Barbara Lynn cover "I'm a good woman", which garnered them international airplay and a well-attended club tour in Germany with Nathan Johnston this spring.
