Five-time Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum selling blues/rock guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd has just announced the release of his new album Dirt On My Diamonds Vol 1, set for release on November 17, 2023 via Provogue Records. Simultaneously, Goin' Home, the 2014 release, 15 tracks from Shepherd's biggest musical influences. The album features songs originally recorded by some of Shepherd's heroes, including BB King, Albert King, Bo Diddley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny "Guitar" Watson, Lee Dorsey and many other icons of the blues. He dug deep into their catalog and chose songs that inspired him when he was learning to play guitar.

Goin' Home also features guest appearances by several of Shepherd's friends, including Ringo Starr, Joe Walsh, Warren Haynes, Keb' Mo', Robert Randolph, Kim Wilson (Fabulous Thunderbirds), Pastor Brady Blade, Sr. and the Rebirth Brass Band.
