Provogue / Mascot Label Group announces this special vinyl reissue of Joe Bonamassa's back catalogue. Different Shades Of Blue will be released on March 8th, 2024 and will be available on blue vinyl for the first time. The new vinyl edition will feature 3 bonus tracks and is a 10th anniversary edition, as the original release date was back in 2014!

Different Shades Of Blue was the first album in Bonamassa's career where he wrote all the songs himself, all original material. The result is a record with a more experimental edge than previous Bonamassa records. It is a blues record that explores the outer limits and the many different sounds that define the genre.

“It’s been a while since I’ve been involved in writing a whole album. So I decided I wanted to do a completely original blues album,” Bonamassa said. “I’ve really had to push myself to make everything I do better than the last project. I know the fans expect it. And I feel like I owe it to the fans to give them an original record after all these years.
