Vanuit Vetlanda/Malmö in Zweden brengt Honeyboy Slim & the Bad Habits hun eigen rock-'n-roll, voortgekomen uit de klassieke rhythm-and-blues van de jaren vijftig en begin jaren zestig, en bouwt daarop voort. De band werd opgericht in 2010 en bracht eerder al een volledig album, diverse singles en een EP uit. Maar bovenal hebben ze een goede reputatie opgebouwd door talloze optredens over de hele wereld, van de Lofoten in het noorden tot Spanje in het zuiden, van kleine Zweedse stadjes tot Las Vegas in de VS.
