Gavin James kondigt de release van zijn vierde studioalbum Goldrush aan op 19 september. “Dit album is eindelijk af en ik ben zo blij”, zegt Gavin. "Het bestaat uit twee delen: het ene deel is vrolijk, een beetje gek op een goede manier, en het andere deel is rustiger en rauw. Ik heb er de afgelopen twee jaar aan geschreven en geproduceerd, en voor het eerst heb ik me volledig op de productiekant gestort – wat eng was, maar ook geweldig."

Goldrush voelt alsof je met Gavin zelf optrekt – het is alsof een oude vriend je iets nieuws laat zien. Een beetje onvoorspelbaar, soms luid, soms stil, maar altijd vol hartstocht
