Vanwege de wereldwijde pandemie werden al zijn concerten in de Royal Albert Hall afgelast. Vastbesloten om te spelen, verenigde Clapton zich met zijn muzikale handlangers Nathan East, Steve Gadd en Chris Stainton om een heel intiem concert te geven. Het concert werd gefilmd door onopvallende camera's die continu draaiden met alleen de artiesten en zijn vrouw op het balkon. Dit opus is in essentie een akoestisch concert met uitzondering van 3 elektronische tracks.
