Skyboy is the new album by Duncan Laurence, the singer/songwriter who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2019. The album, which includes the single of the same name and singles Electric Life and Rest In Peace, is the successor to his debut album Small Town Boy from November 2020. All in all, Duncan spent about a year and a half on the album, together with songwriter and great love Jordan Garfield. Most of the music was recorded in Los Angeles, 'but actually pretty much anywhere we could write', says Duncan. He worked with two producers from New Zealand: Sam de Jong and Leroy Clampitt. 'They also traveled back and forth and also recorded in New Zealand with their laptops. And then in LA. And I was occasionally in Stockholm with Jordan, where we also recorded, or in Amsterdam. ' 'I've hidden and denied myself for so long and lived a different version of myself. Now break free. From the voices in your head.
