Op het album zijn twaalf onvergetelijke hits van het salsa-icoon uit haar gloriejaren (1966-1993) is horen. De compilatie bevat naast solo tracks oook samenwerkingen met de Latijns-Amerikaanse iconen Tito Puente, Johnny Pacheco, Willie Colón en de Fania All Stars. Hoogtepunten zijn onder andere de typische rumba "Quimbara", de salsajam "Usted abusó" en natuurlijk "Guantanamera". Het album is voor deze release opnieuw gemastered en komt samen met nieuwe liner notes.
