Also includes the instrumental bonus track 'Quarantined 1' that Pell had already recorded alone at home in the spring of 2020 and shared with his fans on YouTube. Bobby Rondinelli has now contributed the real drums for the album version, making it a true ARP song.

All that remains is to solve the small mystery of the album title. Pell explains: “XXIII is the Roman numeral for 23, which stands for W, the 23rd letter of the alphabet. Which in this case is short for ‘world’, so you could also call the album ‘Lost World’. It’s a reference to the currently quite alarming state of our planet.”
