Set This Thing On Fire’ is het vijftiende studioalbum voor Anouk en is geproduceerd door Thomas Azier, met wie ze eerder samenwerkte op het orkestrale album ‘Deena & Jim’ (2023). Het tweetal schreef alle songs op ‘Set This Thing On Fire’ samen. Ook haar vaste schrijfpartner Martin Gjerstad werkte op deze plaat weer mee, op maar liefst zes van de tien nummers. Het album heeft opnieuw een eigen, echt en bovenal fris geluid zoals alleen Anouk dat weet te doen. Want iedereen weet inmiddels: Anouk doet niet graag twee keer hetzelfde.
