Jan Mila plays an instore on Record Store Day!

On Record Store Day , April 12, 2025, Jana Mila will come to our store for an in-store performance! Jana Mila writes songs with strong lyrics and surprising, catchy melodies. Songs that she delivers with expressiveness. Indie Americana Pop, that's what Americans call her music. Last year she flew to Nashville with a large pile of self-written songs and came home with a dream debut and a record deal in her pocket. The renowned American record label New West Records gave her complete freedom to work on her debut together with producer Todd Lombardo (Kacey Musgraves) and a club of legendary musicians. She is inspired by artists such as Brandi Carlile, Sheryl Crow, Julia Jacklin, Carly Simon and Phoebe Bridgers. Yet she sounds mainly like herself. With a strong band around her, she effortlessly switches between subdued melancholic and rousing and exuberant on stage. First single 'When Times Get Rough' achieved more than 3.5 million streams. Last year her album “ Chameleon ” was released, an absolute must-listen!
