Dutch releases

This edition features over 40 releases from the Netherlands and Belgium, a record. Baldwin (pseudonym for Boudewijn de Groot) releases 'The Land at Rainbow's End', released in England in 1967, better known here as 'Het Land van Maas en Waal'. In addition, there are more popular 7 inch singles on the list, such as 'Ademnood' by Linda, Roos and Jessica and 'Twee Motten' by Dorus. There is also a triptych called 'Leve Het Levenslied' by Tante Leen, Johnny Jordaan and Willy Alberti, the 4CD box 'Behind The Dykes' full of unique Nederbeat singles from the period 1964-1972, and a Best of by Samson & Gert.

Record Store Day Netherlands' own label, RSD Records, will release seven special releases. Ambassador DI-RECT will release the 'Record Store Day Special 12” Sphinx Clubtour Live', with five live songs, recorded in various Dutch pop venues. In addition, the 'Park Symfonie' of the Efteling will be released on vinyl for the first time and Sven 'Hammond' Figee will release a double LP of the soundtrack of 'De Wilde Noordzee', composed by him.

This year's free 7 inch single is from ambassador DI-RECT with Pommelien Thijs

DI-RECT is this year's Dutch ambassador for Record Store Day. Especially for this occasion, an exclusive 7 inch single will be released that will be available for free on April 12 for the first 6,000 RSD customers in the Netherlands. This is a so-called split single with the Belgian ambassador for Record Store Day: Pommelien Thijs. How many of these singles will be available at Bob's Vinyl on April 12 will be announced later. As a rule, there are enough available.

Waar lijkt het op dat de neil finn lp alleen verkrijgbaar is in Amerika of Engeland? Pure discriminatie.
